Today was the first of our 4 days of surgery. We fixed many club feet and fractures. One man had a fracture a few years ago and got infected after surgery. He had 4 more surgeries and they finally removed all his hardware. His xray looks like this:
He loses about an inch in height but we were able to get good alignment and stable fixation so he should be walking in 3 to 4 months. A big job.
